QCT 6 – How to be Confident at Anything You Choose

Do you wish you could be confident at anything?

Are there specific things you want to have more self-confidence with?

Today’s tip, gives you the first step in a very successful process to make that happen.

How to be confident at anything

Having self-confidence means different things to different people. What does it mean to you?

Have a think about a specific area you’d like to be more confident it, and write it down in your notebook.

Then, make a note of what being confident in that area means to you.

How to be confident at anythingWhat do people who are confident in that area do, that you currently don’t?

What would you do differently, if you were confident?

For example, if you’d like to meet new people, perhaps you’d start to speak up for yourself, or find it easier to show your emotions, etc.?

 

Why it matters

Understanding exactly what you want to achieve is just the beginning. To just say “I want to be more confident”, won’t allow you to create a workable strategy.

One important key to success is self-confidence. An important key to self-confidence is preparation.

It’s an unfortunate reality, that people try to change the way they feel, without knowing why they don’t feel that way to begin with.
