What are the Benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness?
A common question I get is, “How can Meditation and Mindfulness help me to get the things I need? I thought they were just used as a way to clear the mind, and bring acceptance, calmness and harmony to the body?
Well, what was once viewed purely as a spiritual art form, is now seen just as often as a science. With consistent practice, Meditation especially, can help you achieve your goals and aspirations much quicker than you ever realized.
We often get in our own way when we’re thinking about new ventures. Worrying about all the things that might go wrong, or how we might mess it up.
Then before we even really get started, we’ve already convinced ourselves it’s going to fail anyway, so why bother starting! A stable mind allows logical thinking, and meditation and mindfulness allows that to become a natural process.
