QCT – Personal Growth Wants You to Make Mistakes

But, I never want to make mistakes

I know, you don’t want to make mistakes.

Mistakes are bad and demoralizing. Only incompetent people make mistakes, right?

WRONG!

Make mistakes, just don't make it twice.

Mistakes and Failures are good things

Mistakes are a part of ‘growth progression’. If you never make a mistake, you can’t learn how to be better the next time.

If you do make a mistake, you get the opportunity to learn something. This is the part that allows you to grow.

Sure, sometimes you’ll get it right first time. But why did you get it right? Apart from learning that you did it right first time, there wasn’t any new growth.

“A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.”

George Bernard Shaw

Don’t ever be afraid to make mistakes. But never make the same mistake twice.

It’s perfectly fine to make mistakes, as long as you learn something from them, and use that information to improve next time.

Go on, try something new this week and don’t worry if you make a mistake, or if it doesn’t work out the way you planned. Learn from it and try again. Failing is a good thing 😎
